Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Alliance Optimal LLC ("AO", "we", "us") for balavedians.com, the ambassador portal, and the AO-run Instagram and TikTok accounts @balavedians.

Balaveda owns the drinks, the Shopify store, and the @balaveda handles. AO runs this site and @balavedians. Product sales, refunds, and label claims are Balaveda's. If you buy shots, Balaveda's checkout terms and Amazon's terms apply to that purchase.

Using the site, applying, or posting with a program code means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site.

1. The program

Balavedians is a campus and creator ambassador program. On approval you may get a unique discount code, a share link, a dashboard, cash commission via PayPal, and optional points. Details on the home and apply pages can change. AO and Balaveda can pause, change, or end the program.

You must be 18 or older. The program is not employment.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is a magic link to the email you applied with. Keep that inbox. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you lose access. We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse, or a broken code.

3. Independent ambassadors

If approved, you are an independent promoter, not an AO or Balaveda employee, partner, or agent. You set your own schedule. We do not require posting shifts. One unboxing and a follow at @balavedians is the current ask. Optional missions (shelf photos, honest posts) are optional.

We do not collect bank routing numbers on this site. Commission is paid in cash via PayPal after a 30-day hold. A subscription earns on the first 3 billed months. Store credit is optional, not the default.

4. Codes, sales, and commission

Your code is personal. Do not sell it or wrap it in a coupon site.
Sales count when Shopify attributes an order to your code. Refunds reverse the related commission.
Rates and points on the site are the current offer. Balaveda can change them going forward.
We may void commission that looks like self-dealing, fake orders, or policy abuse.

5. Content and disclosures

If you post about Balaveda because of this program, say so clearly. Use #ad (or an equally clear disclosure) and tag @balaveda. Do not bury it.

No medical claims. Do not say the shots treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent disease. Do not promise USDA Organic on Radical Beauty. Do not invent toxin-free or heavy-metal-free lines. Honest "I like this" language is fine. Paid-for-stars reviews are not.

You grant AO and Balaveda a license to repost content you submit through the portal (including proof photos) for the program. Your face in paid ads still needs a separate yes.

6. @balavedians social accounts

Instagram and TikTok @balavedians are AO-run. We may post Reels and TikToks there, including generated bottle characters seeded from official 2oz packs. Printed label type can warp in generated video. That is a known limit of the tools. Takedown requests: email service@balavedians.com. We aim to unpublish from those accounts within 48 hours.

Those accounts are not the official Balaveda brand accounts. Do not impersonate @balaveda.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

Scrape, attack, or overload the site.
Apply as someone else or under 18.
Post hate, porn, or illegal content in connection with the program.
Use the code on orders you know will be refunded for the credit.
Upload malware or anyone else's private data.

8. Intellectual property

Balaveda owns its name, labels, trade dress, and product. AO owns this site's code, prompts, unused drafts, and tools. You keep your own posts, subject to the license in section 5. Do not copy the portal.

9. As-is

The site and program are provided as-is. We do not promise uptime, sales, follower counts, or that a platform will leave a post up. Generated video may melt pack type. Platforms can block an upload.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AO is not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect damages. AO's total liability for claims about this site or program is the greater of (a) fees you actually paid AO in the prior 12 months for this program and (b) $500. This does not limit liability that the law says cannot be limited.

You will cover AO against claims that arise from your captions, your posts, or your misuse of a code, except to the extent caused by AO's willful misconduct.

11. New Mexico law

New Mexico law governs these terms. Courts in New Mexico are the venue, except where a consumer-protection statute says otherwise.

12. Changes and ending

We may update these terms on this page. Material changes apply going forward. Either of us can end your participation by email. Ending does not wipe sections 8 to 11. Unpaid commission stays on the ledger until Balaveda pays it or writes it off.
